Chunmun Pandit becomes Director

Hindi film industry has a successful history and tradition of writers growing as directors and the best example is Gulzar, who is a very successful director and is being acclaimed the world over for his Jai Ho as well !

Now Chunmun Pandit is doing the same in Bhojpuri Cinema. Better known as a writer after "Lal Chunariya", Chunmun Pandit has now decided to don the Directors cap for "Lagal Anchra Me Daag" a film produced by Sanjay Kumar Verma.

Chunmun Pandit told that the film is a social drama which is full of action as well. He believes in good locations for the film so that the viewers have a feeling of their native surroundings common in Bhojpuri region and not putting up an artificial location which looks like a patch work.

Forthcoming films by Chunmun Pandit are "Pyar Piya ke Basal Jiya Me", "Lakhera", and "Wah Jijaji". He is also doing a Hindi film "Great Daddu"
