Shashikant Singh, a famous PRO involved with promoting Bhojpuri Films and personalities, got paid in a new kind of currency, that of gratitude and recognition.
Shashikant Singh was awarded the Best PRO for Bhojpuri Film Bidai on 18th Feb. 2009 at Renesis Club, JUhu Versova Link Road, Andheri(W), Mumbai with the hands of Bhojpuri Super Star Ravi Kishan and Madhusudan D Mehta, the presenter of Bidai.
While awarding Shashikant, Ravi Kishan was all praise for him and said it was Shashikant who brought the heightened awareness about Bhojpuri Cinema from rural backyard to world metropolis. He deserves the trophy and the recognition that comes with such an award.
Ravi Kishan was not alone in congratulating Shashikant.
