Now Mangal Pandey on Bhojpuri screen

Mangal Pandey will soon appear on the Bhojpuri film screen in the film Odhaniya Kamal Kare.

This Mangal Pandey is not related to the famous freedom fighter Mangal Pandey but is a villain played by Jai Singh.

Jay Singh entered film industry after a successful career in journalism being goaded and encouraged by Bhojpuri Super Star Pawan Singh.

First film of Jay Singh was Rangbaaz Daroga in which he was successful to left his imprint on the film. Rangbaaz Daroga has Bhojpuri Super Star Ravi Kishan and Pawan Singh as well as Monalisa. Other films of Jai Singh are Gayeel Bhainsia Paani Mein, Tohar Naeekhe Kavno Jod Tu Bejod Badu Ho, Pawan Purvaiya, and Hamari Maati Me Dum Baa.

Jay Singh says that he opted for villain roles as he wanted to do something different.
